Terms and Conditions of Use for Products
1. These terms and conditions explain how you can use this website (referred to as "the Site"). The Site includes the main website, www.isoclarity.com, and all its associated pages. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Site immediately. For any questions, you can email support@isoclarity.com.
Definitions
2. To avoid confusion, here are some key terms and what they mean in this document:
Applicant: A person or business looking to get ISO certification.
Business: A company aiming to achieve ISO certification.
Conditions: These are the rules we follow for selling our products.
Content: This includes everything on our Site, documents, videos, images, text, and software.
Consultant: A person or business offering consulting services to clients.
Contract: The agreement between you and us for buying our products.
Document Pack: A bundle of products available for purchase.
Fee(s): The price you pay for our products. Intellectual Property Rights: These are legal rights like copyrights and trademarks that protect our work.
Permitted Use: How you’re allowed to use our products for your own business or personal use, but not for resale.
Product(s): The documents and tools we sell to help you get ISO-certified.
Terms: These rules and conditions, which may change over time.
We/Us/Our: ISO Clarity Ltd, company number 15996507 registered address 680 Mansfield Road, Sherwood, Nottingham, England.
You: Anyone using the Site or its Content.
Using the Site
3. You can use the Site to buy products and access information to help you get ISO 27001 certification. However, just buying our products doesn’t guarantee certification. You’ll also need to purchase the official ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002 standards separately.
4. There are rules for using our products and Content:
a. You can’t copy, modify, or resell them.
b. You can only use them to help your own business or a client’s business get ISO-certified.
c. You can’t use them for any competing business or put them into the public domain.
5. Other important points:
a. You’re responsible for any costs you incur while using the Site.
b. The Site is mainly for UK users. If you use it from another country, you must follow that country’s laws.
c. If you have trouble accessing the Site, email support@isoclarity.com for help.
6. If you break these rules, we may block your access to the Site.
7. Products you buy are available for download for 14 days. After that, the download link expires. The only exception is the ISMS Blueprint, which has lifetime access.
Licenses
8. When you pay for a product, you get a license to use it:
a. If you’re a business, you get a single, non-exclusive license.
b. If you’re a consultant, you get an unlimited, non-exclusive license.
9. This license allows you to:
a. Use the products for business or personal purposes.
b. Make copies for backup or printing.
c. Modify the products as needed for your business or your client’s business.
Restrictions
10. Even with the license, there are restrictions:
a. You can’t sell or share the products with third parties.
b. You can’t use them for any business that competes with us. If there’s a dispute, we decide what counts as "competing."
c. You can’t rent, lease, or loan the products to others.
11. It’s your responsibility to make sure the products meet your legal and business needs.
Fees
12. The prices for our products are listed on the Site and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
13. We may change the prices from time to time.
Your Privacy
14. Your personal information is handled according to our privacy policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. You can find the full privacy policy on our Site.
Intellectual Property Rights
15. All Content on the Site belongs to us or our partners. You can’t use it in ways not allowed by these terms.
16. If someone claims that our products infringe on their intellectual property, we’ll handle the situation. However, you must:

b. Not admit fault or settle the claim without our approval.
17. If needed, we may modify the products to avoid legal issues while keeping them functional.
Indemnity
18. If you break these terms or misuse our products, you agree to cover any legal costs or damages that result.
Software
19. Some software may be available for download from the Site. If you download it, you must agree to its terms of use. Using the software in unauthorised ways is illegal.
Accuracy and Availability
20. While we try to keep the Site updated and bug-free, we can’t guarantee it. Any reliance you place on the Site’s information is at your own risk.
21. Buying our products doesn’t guarantee ISO certification. Certification depends on how you complete and submit the applications, which are assessed by an official body.
22. The Site may not always be available. We may also suspend or terminate it at any time.
Links to Other Websites
23. The Site may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Limitation of Liability
24. We’re not responsible for:
a. Losses that were not foreseeable when you started using the Site.
b. Business losses or losses to non-consumers.
c. We also aren’t liable for any issues with payments processed through your chosen provider.
Warranty
25. Our products and the Site are provided "as is," without any guarantees. We specifically disclaim implied warranties like fitness for a particular purpose.
Events Beyond Our Control
26. We’re not responsible for problems caused by events outside our control, like natural disasters or strikes.
Changes to the Terms
27. These terms are current as of 10 May 2025. We may update them occasionally, and the changes will be posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to the updated terms.
Disputes
28. If you have an issue with us, please try to resolve it by contacting us. If we can’t solve the problem, legal disputes will be handled in UK courts under UK law.
